I have a Zealous Spiked Axe of Char Slaying:

Slashing Damage 6-28 (Req 10 Axe Mastery)
Energy Gain on Hit: 1
Energy Regeneration: -1
Dmg +20% (vs. Charr)

I don't want to screw up the +20%, and since it's max damage with zealous, its not too shabby of a weapon
